It is a program supervised by Tamkeen and the Ministry of Labor that aims to enhance the competencies and skills of job seekers and enable national cadres to contribute positively to the advancement of the economy. Through the program, institutions can benefit from the financial support provided by Tamkeen to attract new national competencies as partners in the journey of growth and development of the institution.

TAMKEEN SUPPORT COVERS
Businesses will receive wage subsidy support subject to caps as per the qualification level
- First Year 70%
- 2nd Year 50%
- 3rd Year 30%
PROGRAM BENEFITS
This Program is designed to offer training support for jobseekers to gain essential skills and requirements for the labor market through creating sustainable employment opportunities and matching the requirements of the private sector with available talent.
Collaboration between Company and Training Institute:
- The company shares information about their current and upcoming job openings, skill requirements, and hiring timelines with the training institute.
- The training institute uses this input to plan for appropriate program to ensure the training program aligns with the company’s talent needs.
