COURSE DESCRIPTION
This training course provides a comprehensive and solid foundation in human resource management. It covers the different functional areas that comprise the field of Human Resource Management, including human resource planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal and training & development.
This basic HR training course is designed for those who already have some HR responsibility or who may be taking on such responsibility.

COURSE FORMAT
The taught instructor-led course will be a suitable mix of lectures, tutorials, workshops, case studies, videos and hands on practical exercises. Delegates will be given immediate opportunities to apply what they have learned with real life problems and case studies. A comprehensive course workbook is at the core of this course and delegates will also be guided through additional material in the instructor-led sessions.
PREREQUISITES
Prerequisites for the course include basic understanding of HR principles and practices or relevant work experience in an administrative or managerial role. Preferably at least a diploma graduate in a relevant field and/or equivalent or is planning a career profession related to Human Resource and Administration. The course requires an intermediate to advance level of proficiency in the English language.
